A fully normalised national archive of every UK planning application, from every local planning authority in England, Wales and Scotland, going back as far as each council's own records reach. Each application receives five structured readings — documents, people/organisations, application type, status, and conditions — extracted from officer delegated reports, decision notices and committee minutes, so unstructured PDFs become queryable fields (recommendation, objection counts and themes, policies cited, risks, extractable conditions). Layered on top is a policy graph linking the National Planning Policy Framework through each council's local plan to the individual applications decided under them, plus semantic search across the full document archive with relevance scores and verbatim passage quotes, and lifecycle dates (received, validated, decided) with computed durations.
