(1) An opt-in, unsponsored community survey panel of frequent flyers and elite status holders — 1,600-plus respondents across repeated waves (Dec 2025, n=1,595; Feb 2026, n=448), each wave asking intent questions about tier retention, churn and status-portability behaviour. (2) A structured rules panel tracking 20 loyalty programmes with 10-plus distinct status-qualification metrics normalised across them (Tier Points, MQDs, PQPs/PQFs, Premium Points), plus tracked programme changes across 2023-2025: the shift from distance-based to revenue-based earning, tier-threshold tightening and partner earning-rate reductions. A published API surface sits alongside, so both layers are machine-readable rather than report-only.
