Scavio — A normalisation-and-access layer over municipal legislative records rather than a collected archive: ten REST endpoints returning structured JSON for bills, ordinances, resolutions, motions, committee actions, meeting agendas, elected officials, committee assignments, staff contacts and official attachments across 1,800+ US municipalities. Scavio offers (Alternative, Reference, Sentiment, Fundamental) — Coverage breadth is stated: 1,800+ US municipalities across ten endpoints, including every major metro, with the caveat that municipality availability must be checked per-city via the validation endpoint. Stored volume is effectively nil by design — calls are live and uncached, so nothing accumulates. Aggregate record counts (bills, votes, meetings) are not published anywhere on the site..
