Climate-conditioned stochastic hurricane loss and landfall dataset: simulated hurricane seasons forced by six-month seasonal ensemble forecasts (initialized each June), producing year-specific landfall probability along the US Gulf and Atlantic coast and adjusted event frequency/intensity/landfall distributions, validated against 40 years (1985-2024) of industry insured hurricane losses and industry loss warranty premium history. Ships as stochastic loss tables plus a Python adjustment layer that re-weights a standard catastrophe model to the expected climate state of a given season.
