ELD-derived fleet mileage and a computed fuel-tax position per carrier. The platform ingests mileage by connecting a fleet's ELD (it names Samsara as a source) or importing CSV, then decomposes it into per-state miles by quarter across 48 states and applies live state tax rates to produce the net IFTA owe-or-credit per fleet, per state, per quarter. That net tax position is the scarce artefact: it is an arithmetic function of miles driven in high-tax states versus fuel bought in low-tax states, so it encodes where a carrier actually runs versus where it actually buys fuel — a lane-level fuel-purchasing pattern nobody publishes. Secondary layers: an FMCSA-derived fleet profile auto-built from just a DOT number (authority status, fleet size, compliance score), a deadline/expiration graph across IFTA, IRP, UCR, 2290, MCS-150 and BOC-3 with 90/60/30/7-day alert events, and a document vault. The 'File For Me' fulfilment layer means the platform holds the final filed return, not just the inputs.
