Derived satellite-SAR maritime vessel-detection time series: per-site (port / chokepoint / named sea) counts of vessel-like radar targets from every new Sentinel-1 C-band pass processed with CFAR detection, irrespective of AIS transmission, each count scored against that site's own historical baseline and flagged when the modified z-score exceeds 3.5. Also includes a monitored-area registry with facility geofences (250 m-3 km) and city-scale zones (5-20 km), a maritime-event stream (naval, shipping and port reports) resolved to named facilities vs. merely-nearby mentions, and predicted pass windows for the next 7 days across Sentinel-1, NISAR and commercial SAR.
