Offnadir-delta offers (Geospatial, Alternative, Supply Chain, Sentiment) — One Sentinel-1 SAR pass per watched site per revisit (~12-day repeat, shorter where tracks overlap), each processed into a vessel count; over a port/chokepoint registry plus arbitrary coastal points, with watch quotas of 3 / 10 / 25 sites by plan. Augmented by daily-composite VIIRS nighttime lights (~500 m), daily 375 m active-fire hotspots, and a continuous global news-derived event stream..
