Nevermined offers (Alternative, Reference, Sentiment) — Modest in rows, unusually clean in structure. Est. low tens of thousands of agent transactions to date. The genuinely licensable quantity is not transaction count but the mandate corpus: every enrolled card contributes a structured statement of delegated authority, and revoke plus mandate-breach events are the scarce observations. Because the audit log is PAN-free by architecture, the volume of licensable rows here is effectively the whole audit log rather than a redacted subset.
