Aviation intangible-and-tangible asset valuation corpus: independent appraisals of airport slots, gates and routes (SGR) plus aircraft and enterprise valuations, maintained as a published reference-price portal (redbook.aero) and an aircraft ranking model, together with the collateral-valuation history behind EETC/ABS portfolios — i.e. point-in-time asset values, loan-to-value maintenance appraisals, lease and residual curves, and the regulatory/enforceability classification per jurisdiction that determines whether a slot is collateralisable at all.
