A triple-source VIN-level physical inventory reconciliation: staff photograph every VIN on every dealer lot with smartphones (no tags or hardware), and the system matches each captured VIN against the dealership's DMS stock records and against the floorplan funder's own statements, classifying every unit as matched, discrepancy or missing, with timestamped photo evidence attached. Reports are produced within 48 hours and are accepted by funders as audit evidence. Deployed across European dealer groups, including a 37-site group.
