Consented, curriculum-scoped edtech usage telemetry harvested through the Clever Plus browser extension on district-managed Chromebook and Windows devices. For each app the district has listed, it records the percentage of students and of teachers who used it and average active session time per user, sliced by school, grade and time window (7 / 28 days / this school year / last school year), with apps classified by provenance (district-added, Clever Library, or other). Because Clever is also the rostering and single-sign-on layer, every usage record is joinable to authoritative enrollment structure — school, grade, teacher-of-record, class roster — which is the attribute no extension-only instrument can attach. Reported users are explicitly those synced to Clever, running the extension, actively using a listed app, and holding a Clever-associated account.
