CERA probabilistic natural-hazard model suite: physics-based, climate-adjusted hazard models for flood, wildfire, tropical cyclone, severe convective storm, hail, earthquake, lightning and secondary climate perils (rain, snow, wind, temperature), delivered as return-period and probability outputs at up to 10,000 locations per run with adjustable severity thresholds such as Cat 3 to Cat 5 tropical cyclone. The platform ingests client portfolio uploads, geocoded coordinates, third-party hazard datasets, climate feeds and real-time monitoring data, then returns per-location hazard scores into pricing workbenches and internal client models. Two latent assets sit behind the licensed software. First, a growing library of client-supplied geocoded exposure portfolios processed through the engine - the accumulated scrubbed exposure data is a property-level national and cross-border exposure corpus the company did not originate but has normalised and validated. Second, a validation set: because the platform runs live monitoring and alerting against actual events, it accumulates predicted-versus-realised hazard outcomes across many client portfolios, which is exactly the ground-truth pair commercial cat-model buyers cannot assemble themselves.
