The platform ingests client portfolio uploads, geocoded coordinates, third-party hazard datasets, climate feeds and real-time monitoring data, then returns per-location hazard scores into pricing workbenches and internal client models. Two latent assets sit behind the licensed software. First, a growing library of client-supplied geocoded exposure portfolios processed through the engine - the accumulated scrubbed exposure data is a property-level national and cross-border exposure corpus the company did not originate but has normalised and validated. Second, a validation set: because the platform runs live monitoring and alerting against actual events, it accumulates predicted-versus-realised hazard outcomes across many client portfolios, which is exactly the ground-truth pair commercial cat-model buyers cannot assemble themselves.

BirdsEyeView offers (Geospatial, Alternative, ESG, Reference) — Hazard grid: roughly 10-plus perils x multiple return periods and probability bands x global location coverage, refreshed with climate-adjusted scenarios - on the order of tens of billions of per-location hazard values if gridded globally, or bounded by run size at 10,000 locations per client execution. The latent exposure corpus is the interesting count: every client portfolio uploaded and scrubbed adds property-level records, so with 20-plus visible enterprise accounts including major global reinsurers and specialty markets, the accumulated normalised exposure could plausibly reach tens of millions of validated property records.
Instance-based property pricing and risk-adequate rating for MGAs and specialty insurers; portfolio accumulation and annual-aggregation monitoring without licensing a full commercial catastrophe model; climate-adjusted hazard re-pricing where a buyer wants the intensity delta rather than a loss number; secondary-peril underwriting for severe convective storm and hail where commercial models are thin; training and benchmarking ML underwriting models against per-location hazard scores; validation and challenger-model testing against realised event outcomes; real-time event monitoring and exposure alerting for live portfolios
