Two distinct assets, and the second is the interesting one. (1) The product itself: real-time motor vehicle record retrieval across state DMVs — owner/registrant name and address, lienholder name and address, lien dates, title information, make/model/year, VIN — plus AAMVA Driver's License Data Verification match results, sold one record per fee under a DPPA permitted-use declaration. (2) The byproduct, not currently sold: the inquiry telemetry log — for every request, who asked (industry class: tow company, dealer, attorney, bank, insurer, government), which VIN or license they asked about, which state answered, whether the record existed, whether owner/lienholder matched what the requester expected, and how often the same VIN was pulled over time. Aggregated, this is a real-time map of who is checking whose collateral: multi-lender VIN shopping velocity, lien placement and payoff timing, title-check demand by geography, and DMV coverage/latency differences by state.
