Pincode- and dark-store-granular quick-commerce shelf record for India: SKU availability (in-stock/OOS), price and digital-shelf position across six quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now), captured at configurable cadence (12-hour default, hourly override for hero SKUs during promos), plus a per-row Predicted Sales Loss in INR derived from each OOS window using a transparent Glass-Box formula, a country-wide dark-store roster maintained centrally, and a SHA-256 hash-chained evidence ledger per loss row. Two derived out-of-stock lenses are computed from one rollup: consumer-side OSA (can a buyer in this pincode actually purchase) and dark-store OSA (is local inventory healthy).
