Tannery production and chemical-input records at batch resolution, captured by an ERP purpose-built for tanning. The distinguishing asset is a maintained link between the article of finished leather and the exact chemical inputs used to make it: chemicals are identified by product AND by the supplier's production batch number, chemical stock is managed by batch, and every barrel load and finishing blend writes the specific batch numbers onto the recipe. Combined with hide batch management kept deliberately un-mixed (the page is explicit that hide traceability only exists if batches are never blended), the result is a three-way join — raw hide batch → process step and recipe → chemical batch — reconstructable from any sales document or article code, plus a dedicated module giving per-single-hide traceability for high-value leathers.
