Passive organisational network analysis (ONA) workforce telemetry, and the cross-customer benchmark layer built on it. Ingested from 25+ tools including ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot alongside collaboration suites, it yields per-organisation and per-cohort measures of AI adoption: activation rate (breadth - share of employees using AI tools in a period), usage intensity (depth - average sessions per active user and session duration), time spent in AI-powered workflows, tool diversity per team, and adoption split by department, role and seniority. Because it derives from actual system activity rather than self-report, it measures revealed AI behaviour. The benchmark cohort - many organisations measured identically over time - is the licensable asset: cross-company, role-segmented, observed AI usage data is not obtainable from any public source.
