Source-captured private-clinic outpatient prescription data from India, captured at the point of writing rather than inferred downstream: the physician's original handwritten prescription is digitised in the clinic without changing workflow and converted into structured, searchable records — drug brand and molecule, dose, dosage form, quantity, duration, and prescriber and clinic identity with location. This is the prescribing layer that Indian market research misses, because incumbent providers reconstruct it from stockist, distributor, chemist and select hospital-chain feeds, which under-represent high-volume private outpatient physicians in tier 2 and tier 3 towns. Second, rarer asset: the paired corpus itself — original handwritten prescription images bound to their verified structured transcription.
