Normalised, agent-queryable Medicare plan reference catalogue exposed as MCP tools and a REST API — the CMS Landscape view per contract/plan/year (report_year, plan_id, plan_name, org_name, parent_org_name, plan_type, category, consolidated premium, Part C and Part D premiums, in-network MOOP, overall star rating, service-area county and state counts) with rollup summaries, spanning all plan categories (MA, PDP, SNP, MMP, Cost) across 2007-2027. The same pattern is applied across the catalogue: MA/Part D enrollment to county level back to 2006, PBP benefit design from plan filings 2001-2027, HCRIS cost reports, hospital price-transparency files, Part B drug pricing, OPPS rates, FFS utilization, HEDIS quality, plan crosswalks, individual-exchange plans, and the FDA NDC directory.
