A cross-agency employer dossier that no single government source publishes: 2.1 million+ certified H-1B LCA wage attestations joined to USCIS petition outcomes, to state WARN layoff notices collected from 48 jurisdictions, to DOL wage-and-hour enforcement records, and further joined outward to SEC EDGAR filings, earnings transcripts and federal court records. The proprietary output is the cross-read itself — which employers filed layoff notices and new visa wage attestations in the same window — plus a forward-modelled estimate of the resident H-1B population (515,000-700,000) built by scaling the only official USCIS count (583,420 authorised to work at 30 September 2019) by DHS's own temporary-worker growth, with the modelling assumption stated outright.
