A continuously dated circular archive translating underwriter and cargo-committee war-risk listings into binding policy exclusions for the cargo, terminal and logistics side of transport — the mirror of the hull-side war lists. Each circular records: the alignment reference to a specific underwriter circular (for example JWC033 and JWC034) and to the cargo watch list with its own issue date (Global Cargo Watch List dated 4 March 2026), the scope of perils covered by the exclusion set (war risk, piracy, strikes/riots and terrorism), which classes of cover the exclusion applies to (equipment, lessor equipment, war risk on land, forwarders cargo, cargo handling facilities, ports and terminals, ship operators, transport and logistics operators), which members are affected including where cover sits with a separate club and the mutual acts as reinsurer, and a dated archive of prior editions.
