Operating and logistics dataset from the largest petroleum stockpile base in Japan — Tomakomai Eastern National Petroleum Stockpiling Base: 6.4 million kL across 57 crude tanks on a 2.74 million m² site in three separately commissioned districts. Includes tank-level inventory and level telemetry (55 tanks of 114,800 kL and 2 of 41,000 kL, double-deck floating-roof design), tanker receipt and discharge campaign records through a single 50,000-300,000 DWT sea berth and loading arms, flow through a 9.4km x 2 pipeline pair (roughly 3km subsea plus 6km land), 24/7 centralised safety and equipment-status monitoring, ISO 45001 occupational-safety records, drill logs, and published procurement notices for maintenance and crude/chemical purchases.
