Daily-immutable AI model price ledger: 501 tracked models normalised across five upstream sources (OpenRouter 466, Hugging Face 50, Ollama 80, merged 594, plus one specialist feed), re-observed twice daily with exactly one immutable price row per model per day, so the change history is queryable rather than just the current number. Each row carries input and output price per million tokens, context window, modality set, release date, availability status, pricing status, price unit, per-1,000-decisions price for decision-priced models, source attribution per model, and a source URL where established. History predating live capture is flagged provenance=carried_back and is never presented as an observation.
