Each award record carries the funding lane vs contract lane separation, the recipient of record (resolved through parent and alias tables so a four-award recipient is one entity, not four observations), place of performance down to county, obligations at award, and a citation to the public record behind it (listing number, award citation, recipient, place of performance). Derived analytics are stored per programme: notice-close-to-first-award lead time with median and interquartile range and the rounds that broke the pattern, comparable award value as median with IQR, and recipient concentration shares.
