Subscription and maintenance renewal price-request corpus: for each renewal cycle, a customer-validated, SKU-level export handed to the vendor's pricing desk containing product/SKU identifier, item description, subscription type, validated quantity, renewal start and end dates, co-term alignment, service-level and term metadata, vendor-mapped fields and project identifiers — then matched back against the vendor's returned quote, with discrepancies recorded. Includes discontinued-SKU removal decisions made per cycle.
