Global mobile spectrum allocation database: a hand-normalized, cross-jurisdiction table of who holds which mobile frequency rights, assembled from regulator documents, auction results and licensing announcements that are otherwise published only as PDFs and press releases in inconsistent national formats. Per record: licence holder, country, 3GPP band and duplex mode (FDD/TDD/SDL), uplink/downlink start and end frequencies with bandwidth in MHz, geographic scope (nationwide vs state/county/regional service area), licence start and end dates, announced future allocations, allocation status (Allocated/Unallocated/Reserved/Unknown), and a source reference back to the regulator document. Expired licences are RETAINED in the database (excluded from current-holdings views), which is what makes it a time-series rather than a snapshot. Joined to country context: population, area, mobile connections, penetration and mobile market revenue with reporting periods. Deliverable as CSV/Excel allocation exports and country dashboards.
