A dated series of war-risk cover-limit and exclusion notices for P&I entries. This update (7 Feb 2023) to the War Risk Extension Clause sub-limits war-risk extension in and near Russian waters (coastal waters to 12 nm) and defined European waters — Sea of Azov, Black Sea waters, all inland waters of Ukraine, defined Russian inland waters and all inland waters of Belarus — to USD 80M per vessel per event, against USD 500M per vessel outside those areas, with the RUB exclusion effective 1 Jan 2023, the sub-limit effective 20 Feb 2023, and a 72-hour club cancellation right. Across the archive (2022 through 2025 T&C alteration notices and conflict FAQs) this forms a precise geography-by-geography record of how much war-risk capacity remained available and on what terms.
