Two coupled assets. (1) A guest-registration operations product for Spanish short-term rentals: hosts send a check-in link, guests self-complete on their phone, and the platform submits the report to the Ministry's SES.HOSPEDAJES system on the host's behalf; it ingests existing reservations, the host's SES credentials and iCal calendars, so it also holds booking and availability data. (2) An unusually authoritative, current regulatory-intelligence knowledge base on Spanish and EU short-rental law, written at source-cited depth — including the May 2026 Supreme Court judgment (published BOE 8 June 2026) annulling the state single-registration procedure of RD 1312/2024, article-by-article, alongside RD 933/2021 guest-reporting duties and EU Regulation 2024/1028 platform obligations.
