Daily normalised multi-state building-permit feed

PERMITVECTORManage supplier listing

Daily normalised multi-state building-permit feed: 3,905,502+ permits across 31 live markets in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Arizona and California, pulled each morning (~4:15 AM CT) from official city/county open-data portals, normalised into one schema, and classified by trade (new construction, re-roof, remodel, pool, solar, EV charger, panel upgrade and more). Each record carries permit type and work class, address, ZIP, declared valuation, contractor identity with published contact details, plus appended county-assessor layers (owner name, mailing address, estimated property value) and state contractor-license status (Texas TLB, Florida SLB, Arizona ROC). The proprietary layer is the trade classification and the adjacent-buyer mapping that predicts the next three trades to bid a given permit.

Type

Format
Tabular — daily feed, CSV export, and a read API (/v1/leads, /v1/search, /v1/stats) capped at 20,000 requests/day on the flat-price plan; dashboard opens on a 30-day window with a longer date filter
Volume
3,905,502+ permit records tracked and current through 2026-10-06, with per-market counts published (Fort Worth 423,824; Los Angeles 364,604; Austin 358,271; Boulder 322,355; Harris County 332,449 down to Pearland 1,042); recent flow is 55,113 permits issued across all 31 markets in the 30 days to 2026-09-14
Users
~200-2,000 subscribers (inferred from a single $149/month flat-price plan with a card-required 14-day trial and a self-serve no-contract funnel — a volume SMB/trade contractor base rather than enterprise accounts)

Growth
Active — markets have grown from 29 to 31 live between the description and the current site copy, the feed is current to 2026-10-06, and the methodology page documents features under active construction (a feed-volume collapse detector is 'being added')
Launched
est. 2024-2025 (inferred: the accuracy sample was run in June 2026 'when Texas was the only live state', so the multi-state expansion post-dates that, and the whole corpus timestamps fall in 2026; no earlier press or archive footprint found)
