A machine-readable jurisdiction rules and permit-outcome corpus assembled as a byproduct of running permit applications: for each of 7,000+ mapped jurisdictions in the Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana region, the platform records which requirements actually apply to a given address and project type — zoning designations and overlay districts, parcel and GIS constraints, required documents, licence and insurance prerequisites, and the permit path itself — resolved from official published sources with the source citation retained per answer. Because the product then files, corrects and closes out real applications, it accumulates a second asset the mapped rules alone do not give: a labelled record of which researched paths were corrected, rejected or conditioned by the building department, and why, tied to project type and jurisdiction.
