PERCONCORPManage supplier listing

A deep commercial catalogue of FCC, FAA and Canadian RF-regulatory databases, refreshed daily and sold as a unified queryable product — the single most complete licensable RF-authorization corpus found in this pool. The catalogue as printed spans: FCC Master Frequency Database (MFD, updated DAILY), Master Frequency Index File, Pending Database (daily), Master-plus-Pending, Paging, Trunking, GMRS, Market Database, BRS-EBS (formerly MDS/ITFS), Microwave, Marine, Ship Radio (CFR Part 80), COALS, CDBS, Composite Cellular, ULS Searches plus ULS Applications, and a License Audit database; antenna/tower assets including the Antenna Registration Database (plus Enhanced, Site_DB and an SQL-queryable variant), Antenna Registration Applications, FAA Obstructions (Digital Obstacle File, 56-day cycle) and the FAA Frequency Database; Canada frequency data in new and legacy TAFL formats with and without receivers; US Amateur callsign data; a Worldwide Table of Frequency Allocations covering 195-plus countries; plus VACATED-SITE databases (VS_SITE, VS_MARKET) that record spectrum and sites that have been given up — a signal no public FCC product surfaces. THE ARCHIVE IS THE PRIZE: a dated pre-ULS and 1990s snapshot library — FCC Database History to 01/01/2001, Tower Database Archive to 01/01/2001, Composite Cellular to 1999 and 2006, Master Frequency Pre-ULS Land Mobile to 01/01/2001, and discrete quarterly MFD and spectral-index snapshots from Q3 1995, Q4 1996, Q2 1997 and an incremental May-1995-to-March-1996 update, plus Canadian and amateur slices from the same period. These are genuine point-in-time states of the national frequency ledger, which the FCC does not publish and which cannot be reconstructed. Delivery is genuinely machine-native: HTML, Excel, SFAF, KML, XML, JSON, JSONL, ASCII and DBF outputs, a DataLinks API, dynamic Google-Earth KML browsing, an SQL query builder, and — decisively — a dedicated 'DataLinks AI' product line already selling AI-ready JSON/JSONL/CSV snapshots plus daily updates explicitly positioned as LLM/ML training data. PerCon states it sources directly from FCC/FAA/Industry Canada and does NOT edit the data, providing it as-is.

Format
Tabular relational databases delivered in nine formats — HTML, Excel, SFAF, KML, XML, JSON, JSONL, ASCII and DBF — plus a REST-style DataLinks API, KML-based Google Earth visual browsing, SQL query builder/editor output, and a dedicated AI-ready JSON/JSONL/CSV snapshot-plus-delta product line
Volume
National-scale regulatory tables across 25-plus databases: the FCC Master Frequency Database and ULS tables run to millions of records, ANTREG to roughly 400K-plus structures, plus FAA obstructions, Canadian TAFL, and a worldwide allocation table for 195-plus countries — all re-acquired daily or monthly. Layered on top is an archive of full snapshots and dated increments spanning 1995 to 2006, so the total corpus is tens of millions of current records plus multiple historical states of the same tables
Users
Small installed base of institutional licences — est. hundreds to low thousands of seats/organisations (inferred: 2-person company selling unlimited-user annual accounts by phone to engineers, licensing offices and telecom companies; no signup funnel, no published customer count)
History
30 years
Update frequency

Growth
Mature and quietly current: a 2-person firm with a ~USD 16M revenue band on the company record, a stable decades-old catalogue, and — importantly — a live modernization vector in the DataLinks AI product line (JSON/JSONL/CSV training data) and an API, showing the business is extending into the AI-data market rather than coasting on legacy desktop licences

Launched
Pre-1995 — the archive itself contains an FCC database incremental update from May 1995 and quarterly snapshots from Q3 1995, so the company was already acquiring and reselling FCC data in the mid-1990s; the DataLinks web product and its API came later
