An unstructured-real-world-data EXTRACTION layer over European (Netherlands-centric) hospital records: the platform reads the ~80% of clinically relevant information that lives in physician notes, scanned referral letters and PDF reports inside hospital EHRs, and converts plain-language cohort definitions into auditable patient matches with source citations and confidence scores. The licensable byproducts are the extraction gold-set (document-to-structured-concept pairs with citation spans across Dutch/EU clinical language), the queryable cohort counts per clinical definition, and pseudonymised cohort extracts usable for external control arms, HEOR and market-access evidence — produced in-hospital without data restructuring.
