NEO ingests and normalizes builder-published community data that few builders put into the MLS (pricing, floor plans, incentive structures, availability, collections, amenities, delivery timelines) into one comparable schema, then layers on the byproduct nobody else holds: buyer-behaviour analytics from the white-labelled community pages and the embeddable iFrame placed on individual agent websites, so it observes how buyers compare communities and which floor plans and incentives they engage with before any sales-centre visit.
