Five event signals are read on every publish: cancellation filed, filings lapsed, filing rejected, authority reinstated, new USDOT registration. Each event is joined to census identity, MOTUS registration contacts marked verified, fleet and cargo composition, safety and crash record, the insurer currently writing the account, a loss-risk tier from Low to Severe with an ISS estimate, and an estimated renewal date graded for reliability, with prefilled ACORD 125 and 129 output.
