Each project record carries key contacts, location, unit count, key dates, and product type across market-rate, affordable, senior and student housing, with the wider BuildCentral data layer adding project scope, dollar value, square footage, end use, bidding documents, geolocation and the involved companies and roles. Collection is explicitly hybrid: electronic data harvesting produces early-stage project signals that machine learning refines and human researchers then publish, drawing on thousands of sources including regulatory submissions and approval applications, articles, and direct contact with project sponsors, general contractors, architects and owners. Delivered by subscription via web interface, daily email delivery, an interactive MapView, a Salesforce match-and-append integration, and one-time or daily custom downloads.
