A cross-brand product dimensional-and-weight library plus the carrier-cost model built on it: measured or supplied length/width/height and actual weight for very large numbers of SKUs across many e-commerce brands (collected to design custom-fit packaging and to run DIM impact reviews), each joined to its computed cubic volume, DIM weight under named carrier divisors and rule versions, resulting billable weight, surcharge-trigger flags, and the modeled cost delta when carrier rounding or minimum-weight rules change. Secondary: a structured carrier-rule change log with effective dates, divisors and threshold triggers maintained across years of rate revisions.
