Each metro carries a consistent metric set — average rent, occupancy rate, trailing-four-quarter net absorption, annual rent change, annual occupancy change in basis points, and trailing-four-quarter unit completions — plus a narrative market read (for example one market diagnosed as demand outpacing supply while another was flagged for trailing deliveries of over 16,000 units outrunning absorption). Separately, an interactive construction-pipeline report tracks under-construction and planned multifamily supply per metro, refreshed quarterly, and the same structure is produced at national grain. The licensable core is the underlying property-level pipeline file the visuals are built from; the headline metrics themselves are published free.
