LME-accredited sampling, assaying and certification records for non-ferrous concentrates, ores and metals — grade, moisture, weight and the impurity/penalty-element panel for cargo moving through India and across the 27 countries where the firm operates. Because it holds exclusive Licensee Sampler and Assayer status for India, its assay file is effectively the quality record for a large slice of India's non-ferrous concentrate imports, not a sample of it. Three layers sit on top of the certificates: continuous telemetry from its own automated and integrated sampling installations plus online surveillance systems (machine-generated sampling-stream data rather than point-in-time certificates), UN transport-of-materials certification that classifies concentrate shipments by hazard based on arsenic, mercury and acid-generating content, and third-party laboratory data from the lab-outsourcing contracts where it runs analytical facilities on behalf of other operators.
