Crowdsourced, geolocated telecom quality-of-experience measurement corpus: passive and active network measurements taken on real end-user devices across mobile, fixed and Wi-Fi access, each observation stamped with radio/technology data (RAT, band, signal conditions), device context, and location — producing a nationwide-to-global field-measurement grid that no operator can assemble from its own probes. Includes active test results (throughput up/down, latency, jitter, loss, video/web-experience scores) plus passive traffic-derived experience metrics, joined to coverage and technology layers. Secondary assets: the MedUX Connectivity Observatory public index (published country/operator comparatives), the operator/regulator scorecard history (per-operator KPI time series usable as ground-truth network-quality labels), and the anomaly-detection/AI-assistant layer that has been trained on labelled degradation events.
