A compiled, cross-municipal Massachusetts building-permit panel: 78,405 permit records totalling $3,383,419,601 in declared project value, drawn from 76 separate municipal permit systems and normalized into one sortable weekly feed carrying permit holder, full property address, trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas, roofing, renovation/remodel and others), project type and declared project value. Sold as a one-time lead pack or a weekly Monday feed, with a machine-readable JSON feed and RSS alongside. A research layer sits on top and is part of the asset: cross-town record-keeping findings (a 'Friday gap' where Fridays show about half the permits of other weekdays, with at least one town filing none), a normalized ADU trend analysis that disproved an apparent rise, and a permit-sequence study establishing which trades reliably follow which and by how many weeks — including separating a genuine job sequence from one job filed twice.
