The largest commercial crowdsourced connectivity-measurement corpus in the market, surfaced through MapELEMENTS as a licensing-able wireless intelligence layer. The coverage database aggregates more than 1,500 networks from 900-plus operators across 225 countries, fusing crowdsourced drive-test and app-derived measurements (the Speedtest measurement estate, the industry benchmark that sets the public definition of measured broadband and mobile performance) with network inventory: cell and tower geography (Tower Source), per-cell performance and technology layers (Cell Analytics), consumer quality-of-experience layers (Consumer QoE), fixed-line, cable and broadcast plant, and third-party outage intelligence. MapELEMENTS adds the analytical structure on top of that substrate: user-uploaded towers, M2M assets, customer locations and other points of interest intersected against the licensed network layers; a Point Inspection tool that resolves what any single coordinate is served by across every licensed dataset; multi-layer control over coverage, administrative boundaries and traffic layers; and shareable analysis sessions. The licensable asset is therefore not one dataset but the harmonized join across measurement, inventory, spectrum/technology and outage intelligence, normalized to a common geography at a scale no buyer can assemble independently. Also licensable separately: the derived market-share and performance benchmark layer used for regulatory and competitive reporting, and the RootMetrics-style walk-test/field campaign corpus acquired through the product family.
