LYSTOSManage supplier listing
A continuously rebuilt Spanish real-estate graph: the platform states more than 80 million refreshed data points and building- and apartment-level granularity, assembled from property-portal listing feeds plus 150+ other sources covering residential, office, retail and industrial stock. The commercially interesting part is not the raw listings but the derived layers the product has to construct to do its job: a deduplicated property/building identity resolved across competing portals and registries, a per-asset valuation and comparable-set series, strategy-level return simulations (buy, renovate, short-let, long-let), and zone-level supply/demand, affordability (effort rate) and demographic panels. Listing lifecycle events — first seen, price change, withdrawal — form an implicit time series of asking-price and inventory dynamics.
