A tamper-evident chain-of-title ledger for EU/CH pre-owned perpetual licenses, with prices. For every licence traded: the originating contract type and contract number, the first owner and each subsequent owner, the update history, the product name and key, billing records, and an electronically archived transfer document set, anchored on a blockchain so the ownership history cannot be altered.
