Commercially licensed, standardised and enhanced US WARN / mini-WARN layoff notice panel. Aggregates notices filed with US state and federal agencies (state workforce investment boards and departments of labor) under 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109 and analogous state statutes, then — in the company's own words — 'collects, standardizes, enhances, and republishes' them. The API schema shows the enhancement layer plainly: beyond the raw notice fields (state, company, city, workers, warn_date, effective_date, layoff_type) it adds normalised and classified attributes the state registries do not supply — temporary_permanent, union (e.g. 'SEIU'), region (e.g. 'Bay Area'), county, and industry. Sold self-serve as single-state CSVs, multi-state CSVs, a full WARN CSV, recurring subscriptions, and a plan-gated REST API. Positioned as 'the only comprehensive database for worker layoffs in the U.S.', with cited usage by named institutional consumers.
