Arrenta distributes non-payment-of-rent cover nationally through estate-agency networks and APIs, runs a tenant solvency study on every policy, and operates its own claims department — accumulating per insured tenancy: the pre-tenancy affordability assessment, whether rent defaulted, whether a possession claim was filed, whether it settled or reached physical eviction, and the elapsed duration of each procedural stage by province. Published figures show a record 15-month average eviction: 3-4 months to file (lengthened by mandatory pre-litigation mediation under Organic Law 1/2025), ~4 months to court admission with wide provincial spread (Malaga ~6, Tarragona ~1), then ~8 months average to eviction with Madrid, Seville and Tarragona near 15 and Malaga ~14; and two thirds of insured claims never reaching physical eviction.
