Building-code adoption and amendment registry: 269 code groups mapped across 30 states and 3,148 licensed code books, where each group is the set of codes a specific jurisdiction actually enforces — including the current state or municipal amendments layered on the model code. 184 of the 269 groups are municipal, which is the local ordinance layer that generic code sites flatten back into the model code. Organized by jurisdiction scope (national, state, county, municipal) and edition year, with a dated library snapshot refreshed by weekly additions, plus ancillary non-code documents such as master fee schedules and planning-code groups. Sold as a subscription service with a free trial and per-jurisdiction code-group requests.
