Japan's only nationwide daily time-series lodging price panel: OTA-listed room rates, inventory, reviews and accommodation plans for 27,000+ verified operating facilities, accumulated every day since 2017 — over nine years of continuous history. The panel spans all of Japan down to municipality level and hotel category, and the derived deliverables include estimated settled ADR by municipality and by individual property, estimated occupancy and an estimated-remaining-room-rate booking-status proxy, booking curves by day-of-week and hotel type at defined lead times, earliest-sellout lead times, room-stock and new-supply trends, a construction pipeline of planned openings, and a national events database with audience-size estimates. A separate layer restructures REIT monthly operating disclosures into comparable ADR, occupancy and RevPAR benchmarks, and a prefecture-by-category aggregation covers 13,322 properties and 994,472 rooms reconciled against official tourism statistics.
