A farmer-reported cost-of-production and marketing-execution panel: per-operation break-even cost per bushel built from the farm's own land costs, input costs and multi-year yield history, combined with the operation's live position book (forward contracts, cash sales, HTA contracts, stored grain) and the basis levels and price triggers at which each farmer actually priced. Aggregated, this is a bottom-up regional cost-of-production curve plus observed producer selling behaviour.
