Category managers at corporate set store-specific planograms; GPOX field drivers then replenish and stock to that approved layout every week in each store. That weekly cycle generates a repeated, store-by-store observation of actual shelf state against the intended layout: facings present per SKU per store, position drift and drift corrections, unauthorised local adjustments and new items forced into open space, assortment deviations from the chain-wide set, weekly order and delivery quantities per SKU per store, and price/signage state.
