GOSMARTERManage supplier listing
Metals-stock inventory and material-traceability data generated as a byproduct of running service-centre and fabricator warehouses. Two layers, and the second is the valuable one. First: live inventory state — every item by grade, size, location, status and quantity, with commitment state showing which stock is allocated to live orders versus genuinely available, movement logs from goods-in to despatch, inter-site transfer records, reorder-threshold events, and offcut/scrap inventory with associated cost. Second: a structured mill-certificate graph built by automatically parsing mill certificates at goods-in and linking them to stock item, heat number, project and end customer, so the platform accumulates a heat-number-to-grade-to-mechanical-properties-to-customer map with a complete audit-grade change history. That certificate-to-customer graph is the latent asset — a digitised, structured corpus of mill test certificates with downstream usage attribution, which does not exist as a purchasable dataset anywhere.
